At DARLINGS + CO, we understand the importance of your special day and we want to make the planning process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. We want to help you create the day you've always dreamed of, and our process includes everything you need to make that happen.

THE PROCESS
STEP ONE
Our journey begins with your engagement, and we couldn't be more excited for you! if you haven't done it already go ahead and submit an inquiry form and we'll be in touch shortly to let you know if your date is available.
STEP TWO
With a variety of collections to choose from, we're sure you'll find something that fits your wants and needs perfectly. From just photography and guidance, to collections that include an engagement session, social media highlight reel, and design and print work for your wedding stationary - we have it all.
STEP THREE
Once your date is locked in, we'll send you a contract to sign, an invoice for a $200 deposit fee which will be subtracted from your total package cost, and a questionnaire so we can get to know you and your love story better.
STEP FOUR
We'll schedule a bridal consultation so we can meet the two of you in person, where we'll go over your chosen collection, the style of your wedding, and your vision for your wedding photography.
If you've chosen a collection that includes an engagement session, we'll schedule that too, taking into account the season you want to capture, and any deadlines for your stationary.
STEP SIX
We'll design and print any stationary you need, including save-the-dates, invites, RSVPs, detail cards, programs, and seating charts.
These should be planned, designed, and printed 3-4 months prior to your wedding.
STEP SEVEN
Our team will create a timeline for your big day to make sure everything runs smoothly and without stress. This option is included in all of our collections and will be planned about a month before the wedding. We'll go over first looks, who should not see you before the wedding, any special moments you have planned, and family pictures set after the ceremony. With all the details and vision in place, you'll be able to relax and enjoy your special day.
STEP EIGHT
The final step is the day of the wedding itself, and we'll be there to capture all the candid moments, posed shots, and any special moments you've planned. We'll work with your wedding coordinator and vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your day. After the wedding, we'll work on editing your photos and videos, and provide you with a final set of images that you'll treasure for years to come.
